Default Tyre Feathering

After having tyres replaced once, Nissan are now refusing to replace a 2nd time. They claim no one in Australia has had featering after re aligning and replacing tyres ... Anyone have any experiences????

I think you'll find everyone that had feathering previously still has it after an alignment but have given up trying to get them to fix it.

Perhaps ask them to examine the tyres and supply you with a written evaluation of their condition then do the same thing at several other tyre places then take that information to a solicitor. Personally I don't think you have many options when they take the ignore it and it will go away approach.

BTW you'll find their aren't many Aussies here anymore. Even I only drop by once a month or so.

get the alignment done at an independent alignment shop and pay the fee, it'll fix it for good and never go off after that
