Who are you guys getting insurance from & how much? Can't find anyone! HELP!

They've all gone nuts and want ridiculous money! Insurance on a 90K Z3 costs less!!! I don't understand the madness!!

 

This probably doesn't help but NRMA (www.nrma.com.au) have the 350z listed now.
My quote was $1050 with $350 excess
I am 25, rating 2 (50%), 8 years driving, no claims or acidents, no finance.

I guess the factor that is causing you the problem is that you live in Sydney.

Geee..... NRMA is considering CHEAP already mate! I am 24, rating 2.... under RACV... got $1950!!! No Claim before at all!

Yes it look like if you live in Sydney you're going to be totally screwed on this one. My quote from NRMA is $2488 for a Track. That's for no under 25 drivers, 60% NCB, myself being 30 in a good area and no past accidents or fines. WTF?!

The only other online quote system is AAMI and it just doesn't work. I'll call a couple of others next week but don't expect to do much better.

 

Just thought I'd post a quick update. I've called around a few places this week and the cheapest so far is AAMI at around $1700 but they're insisting on a Quick Trak being installed. I have no problem with that as I was going to anyway. Also the same as what I currently pay on the MX-5 so it's acceptable but still high.

 

Have u tried Suncorp or Just Car?

 

Suncorp have always been the most expensive when I've approached them in the past so I haven't bothered this time. Just Cars was ~$2200
