Whooo Hoooo Its Here!!
Congratulations! Have you ordered any of the defense pak stuff? Because if you did, it may take some more time before you can take your baby home.
I went for 35% window tinting with an extra band on top of the windscreen, and I am certainly glad that I opted for that. Do NOT go for any vinyl protection though! I did, and the vinyl protection people put on their usual stuff and as I reported previously, it looks just plain awful on the door panels: grubby and smudgy as if 1000 hands left their marks. Result: I'm putting it into service tomorrow to get a) one door panel replaced entirely, and the other door panel they'll try and get the stuff off that they put on.
Underbody rust/sound proofing: waste of money in my opinion. I went for the leather protection as well (was promised some super trooper teflon space age whatever protection) but it gets spots just in the same way as if I hadn't paid for it. Of course I'm sure the people there would tell me how much more awful my seats would look after 3 weeks without the leather protection.

This time round I said no to any paint/interior protection crap, it's a rip off. Do it yourself I did, I use Zaino paint and leather protection products it's the best decision I've made, their products just work and apply easily, (sounds like I'm a salesman for Zaino products) there are plenty of products available which you can use without paying through the nose for, dealers make more money on these defense paks and such than selling the car.
I know its convenient but shop around, I saved close on $400 dollars on the tinting and alarm alone or if you are happy with the dealer doing it do not pay full price, offer him 50% or less and usually they will accept.
Many the Zed be with you.

My DB Touring has arrived, photo attached. I can say that the photo's of these look great, but they look a heck of a lot better when there's one in your garage....... I'm off driving
My car looks exactly like your Daytona Blue - funny that....
I actually got it 2.00 yesterday. I got no complaints at all. Its everything and more.
I'm used to noisy sports cars (last car was a Cougar) and if anything the exhaust is not nosiy enough!!! I'm happy with everything and will not be doing any noise reduction at this time. Maybe when all the high wears off??
One thing be CAREFUL of the font bumper - kerbs are not our friends - I've caught it slightly already. I'm considering rear radar distance sensors but will wait to see if I get used to the size. I had the same problem with the Cougar - couldnt see the corners - a wing fixed that. At this stage I don't want a wing bit I might change my mind.
When I get back from Sydney/Brisbane WA people might be interested in a picnik rally??? Some time in April?
