Thumbs up 2nd Sydney Drive Day

Inspired by our Melbournite bretheren I propose we get a September date set for a drive!

I'm all G'd up for a Royal National Park run or to try and get closer to harryw we could do a Hunter Valley run.

Either that or we could mix in a dyno day run at Croydon (everyone doing the Hi-tech should consider this) and then do a run up North somewhere. Plenty of good rds from Windsor to Hornsby.

Tentative date...Sat Sept 20!

PLs comment and have at it

That weekend would be difficult for me as well. Weekend after is OK at this stage.

Guys I just got a reminder that I have a party on that weekend so may not be able to make it. It'll depend on what condition I'm in.

Zuffy, I'd like to come too, but I have a few a major project going live that weekend.

The following weekend is the October long weekend, so that may be better for most. Unless of course anyone is going away that weekend.

I'm planning on going camping the long weekend if my Landy is back on the road by then.

Anyway we're probably not going to find a time that we're all available so the majority should decide and those that can't make it will hopefully make the next one.

Long weekends are a bit iffy for most, they usualy do things with the family.

I mean i haven't been told yet by the boss, but i bet we're invited to a bbq or something.

The more people that post a date that they can go the easier it is to set a final date. So just open the calender and tell me when you can go.

Don't forget that next month we'll be having another track day anyway, it'll be mid week though.

Okay here it is.

Weekend 11/12 October 2003. Majority rules for the date and location.

I say we go south or north. We've already done west and can't go east unless you attach a fibreglass hull to your Z.

Plenty of time to get our backs waxed and everything else that we all need to do.

Sounds good so far!

I'm happy to do the Royal National Park or up north if someone wants to post an idea for a drive.

The date seems good to me too.

Just a reminder that the V8s are at Bathurst that weekend and a lot of people will either be there or be watching (myself included).

Don't let that stop the meet though.

I'm still in for the 11/12th weekend. Central Coast is good for me too as suggested by Frosty the Speed Cameraman

Okay Sydneysiders, let's meet Sunday 12th October 9:00am Thornleigh McDonalds.

We can depart there at 9:30am and drive north to meet the Central Coasties somewhere where they suggest. Harry an ideas, maybe around the foreshore?
