I, for one, have NO idea what you are saying.
In Oz all speeding fines are handled by the Infringement Processing Department of the police force.
What the snowman was saying was he received notification in the mail that he was photographed by a speed camera exceeding the posted speed limit. He may, or may not, be also sayong he believes there well have been a mistake and it wasnt in fact him.
Of course this could be so far from the truth its not funny.
Perhaps he could clarify at his convenience.
Snowman, if as above is what you were saying, like Zuffy said you just need to get a copy of the photo (obviously there is a fee involved) and it should clear it up straight away.
If it was you, you should know better, LOL!

Sorry to disappoint you, my DB Track is so shiny from 9 coats of Zaino that any photos would show so much flare in the lens it would not be recognizable, just a blur.
Plus your in NSW, yes?
