I have a question about the site. I usually start by clicking on the 'posts since last visit' and then I get a
'search results' list.

When I post a note, I am automatically taken back to the thread with my post added. Is their an easy single step which takes me back to my previous 'search results' without repeatedly pushing the back arrow?

 

Not really, unless BEFORE you DECIDE to make a post, right-click and 'open the link in a new window' and then make the posting. After you're done, simply close the new window and back out once from the previous window to return to the Search Results.

 

Why this thread is getting so much non- Australian feedback I have no idea BUT the reality for some ISPs down here is that they suck.

That means we get things slower and with more latency (due to distance, equipment etc). If the site is on the slow side of thing it can make browsing unbearable.

In general though ADSL and cable in Australia has really improved but it will never be the same as living in the US.

Armed with that knowledge you can now feel a bit of pity for our frostman as we have no intention of flaming him out of this forum. This isn't the Australian way!

It's not like you guys don't say F*** this when you have had enough? Or is it just an Aussie thing to do?!?
