Wakefield raceway 4th Nov
Sorry guys,
I have to pike out of race day on Tuesday, too many orders to fill. I won't be able to make it until after Christmas, rest assured I will be at the track every opportunity from Jan-March which is my 'quiet' time.

Zuffy - have to dissagree with your note that gains are only at 5500+
My dynobum says SIGNIFICANT TORQUE gain right across
the range - I actually thought that with reduced back pressure
that losses in the sub-3000 rpm with gains as you describe
would be the order of the day, but surprised to say that
the vehicle feels much stronger all thru and certainly less
asthmatic at the top as you say.
Adds extra to an already grunty engine - never had an engine
that can pull the way it does from 1000 rpm - I've got a
couple of "test tracks" around Ncle - and my HSV 5L iron
wedge was not this tractible.
Best advice to anyone CONTEMPLATING PURCHASE
GO FOR IT ! ! !
(but wait a few weeks for upgrade.)

ZUFF - got to disagree - torque gains RIGHT ACROSS THE BOARD.
See my post somewhere else.
Torque gains seem more significant in this already torquey
engine - and you can feel the extra "urge" in normal
everyday driving.

Holy #$%* Zuffy!!!
Sorry to hear the bad news, but I'm glad you're okay.
I've been up the coast on holidays and I come back to this.
Anyway all the best with the repair and all. Let us know how you go.

What do you know I'm getting my car back tomorrow.
After a whole month without my car I feel like i'm just picking one up from the dealer. It's had a full body paint job too, so it's looking "perty".
Better order some Zaino asap.

I doubt there will ever be a 200kw Corolla anytime soon.
Till then it's just a car you get at the smash repairs. I was impresssed that they gave me a new car (well it had 4k kms on it).
I should have some pics to post of the repair job when i pick the car up. I hope they have one of it completely stripped down.
