Yeh...2-3 days!

I washed the car with dawn... put it in the garage. Next day I clay barred the bonnet, L and R guards and bumper. It was full of ****! Then i put 3 coats over 3 hrs. (application is 5min... u just need to leave it 30min or so before recoating).
Next day did the top and liftback and the following the doors and rear bumper etc.

Application is dead easy! Preparation is a killer. But thats for ANY polish or wax.

Hmm... I love my baby, but for that amount of my time it would be better worth my time to pay someone else to do it.

I can wash and wax for a few hours, but 2-3days?

It was over 2-3 days not 2-3 days of labour...lol

If your car is super clean you can just apply the polish. My car was just full of contaminants. Clay block the bonnet and see what i'm saying.

Some ******* decided to bump park against my rear bumper and left quite a few light scratches and black marks on my rear bar. Black marks would not wash off, so I was content to put up with the scratches until some idiot rearends me and then I get to replace the bar with a new one. Anyhow, I was at Motor 1 at Sutherland, where my car had its paint protection applied, to get more car shampoo. I showed the guy the scratches and he gives me a free bottle of finishing compound and a near empty bottle of "wet look". The Finish Remover took out the scrates and black marks, then applied wet look and the bar looks new again. Just thought I'd share this with you just incase you find yourselves in a similar predicament in the future.

Less than that if you are only counting application time.

Also only IF the car is very very clean . No point in using a sealant if the car is full of contaminants.
