i hope i am not repeating but i just found this article and want to let you guys know that if they are doing this in US surely we can get the AU to respond.

So why don't we send a copy of the TSB to all the motoring mags along with whatever else we can find - (after we give nisshit a copy and 7 days to reply).
They realigned my car. I paid to move the tyres 'cause they wouldn't, and the roar was 50% better, but is now returned, and I'm just waiting 'till it gets intolerable and I'm going to consumers after I get an NRMA report.
Their "flagship's" a CROAK for more reasons than this also.
