Default H/T EXHAUST for SALE

Custom made by H/T for me so that the ugly midpipe to muffler flange is not visible to following vehicles. Pics herewith.

Available for Sydney pick-up or freighted anywhere. 1/2 hour change-over I'd guess.

Someone make me an offer?

How old is it?

How many kms has it done?

Did you get a dyno done after you installed it? If so what were your gains?

Were there any fitment issues?

What revision is it?

Does it make any unwanted noises like raspiness or rattling?

How long is the warranty on it?

McChapman.

About 6 months (?) Does that matter?

About 6-10,000 (?) " "

No dyno - everyone's done those.
figures on a sticky thread up top. I think it's about 17hp
Your bum will confirm it - especially up top.

20 minute job - so easy even I could do it.

Revised as said for appearance only. I don't know of any revisions at all.

No sound at all - no drone at all. But when you're on the gas it's excellent. See others' comments. Car sounds like a Ferrari!

No warranty - there's buggerall could go wrong!

as harry said...around 1600 + install.

Some people got it cheaper. I guess they knew how to haggle well.

I'll post this here as this is just the thing that's required.

I think anyone who doesn't already have an exhaust should at least try and get a ride in a Zed equipped with one. I took mine off yesterday and have done a fair bit of driving today and am genuinely surprised in the difference. I didn't notice it so much when I put it on but I've certainly noticed it being removed. Apart from the small loss of power the engine is less responsive and less willing to rev out and far less enjoyable to drive IMO.

Is there any chance anyone in the Sydney or North Sydney area with a HT exhaust would be willing to take me for a spin. I am impressed with the power gain but am a little concerned about the possible drone. I work around St Leonards if anyone is close for a lunch time meet up?

Sorry I can't help you with a ride though.

I need to be reassured it is not a "Boy racer" sound. High performance is fine......
