Gearbox oilchange
Can't find the gearbox oilchange interval in the service booklet.
Anybody know?
Also, how's the Redline stuff going?
(Read on another forum needs to change "when gears start to get notchy" and can be expected to deteriorate from 5000k - on.)
And not recommended for synchro 'boxes - (from the r/l website)

My dealer told me they change the gearbox and diff at 40,000k's.
I've change both on my car (30,000k's) to Redline same as nuff, 50/50 MT90 and MTL for gearbox, the diff has Redline 75-90w GL5, its been around 2000k's and its all good, smoother shifts plus its quiter at idle.

NUFF - don't seem to be in my book anywhere. ? ? ? ?
The book's a bag of ***** - page M14 (20000k)
says in two consecutive lines:
inspect lsd oil
replace lsd oil.
Which is it? This is the
frogs that make the car:

frosty, get some new shocks or springs, then you will kill the frog once and for all. I just did the replace lsd oil.
When you change it you'll be surprised at the amount of metal shavings in the oil and the magnetic plug.
