Default My Recaro seats

Hello people,

I have got these seats on my car for a while already, got those imported from Japan myself.... and they are GREAT compare to the standard seats (although standard seats have SRS air bags, heating and eletrical functions.... the holding power are fantastic... Here are some pics to share with you guys!

cheers,

richie

Hello Neil,

I have not yet applied polish on my car for more than 1 month already.... also ran out of the polish as well... the one that I am using is from the States.... I forgot what it is called cannot really read it from the lable now, I will ask my friend tomorrow and will let you know, it is quite a nice polish!

Check your PM!

cheers,

richie

Very nice Richie good to see someone
else with Recaro's and yes they are great seats for comfort and great support when cornering hard.
Now you see the light with the seat buy some ZAINO and get a really good shine.

Here's some sites for you. Cazcom (based in Singapore) is the cheapest. Aurora One is based in Melbourne and Eclipse is in Brisbane

OK I totally missed this thread.

Nice seats, they look good.

I find the stock leather a bit slippery and i slide a bit under very hard breaking/ vigorous driving.

How much more holding power would you say exists with your new seats? Percentage wise?

I have the same seats and would have to say at they hold me in place better by least 40% IMO, I also find them alot more comfortable.

Thats a great improvment. Will be good to get two people opinions.

Did you get the same colors?

Do you find the car seems a bit more flickable?

Murray,

I feel my car has less power after the seats... well.... don't get me wrong because I feel less pull now because of the seats' holding power. You will never slide around anymore, always stays at the same sitting position from the 1st time you get into the car until you get out of the car.... NIIICE!

cheers,

richie

Do you feel you can throw it into a corner at a seconds notice with more confidence?

Most definitely, it's now a sports car not a luxury Coupe.
