Summit Point, WV, and would like to share my experience. This was my first time on the new Shenandoah Circuit: 18 turns and both challenging and exciting. Like a roller coaster only you’re driving. The banked Karussel is an eye opener. Several turns require incredible patience. If you enter the turn too fast, you miss the set-up for the next turn so essentially you flub 2 turns. The photos don't do the day justice. To be on the track with 10 other drivers and hear the exhausts and tires is an ultimate thrill.

Shenandoah is a tough track to get right - and even tougher to instruct since every car truly has a different line. I love it though - Pistol Grip is one of my favorite turns on any track, and who can't love the Karussel. Although Bill Scott did f' up that turn, as the real Karussel at the 'Ring doesn't have that sharp edge on top and the asphalt above has about a 10 degrees on the real deal.
That looks like Jim - if it had a roll bar, then it would have been James' car.

Must have been Jim. Don't forget: my car has the silver grill.
I haven't instructed Shenandoah, and don't think I will. Unlike John, I just don't like the track. It makes me sick, literally, even when I'm not in the passenger's seat. And I think for complete newbies it's just too much to take in at once.
Glad you had a good time, though David.
