No I have an extra set that I bought used but in perfect shape. My orginal plan was to make a wet carbon fiber or fiberglass form for a head light cover to place over the lamps when doing track days etc. But since have sold the car and I still have them.
Since you were drving a Z I thought what the hell, you never know. Did not mean to throw you off.

I don't know if I will be happy in the Green group, hell my instructor from last week said that I could drive HPDE 3 at Roebling next time. But, I don't think I am ready to be or to pass in the corner. So, I will be running down everyone in the green group, just like I was last week. Heck, a couple of people I was passing twice in a 20 min session.

Hey Marty and Stacy.

I cannot wait for this event. Driving my Z this time as opposed to Bryan's Z, so you know I am really excited.

Same pit crew this year as last, Kenny, Andy, and Jeff. Well I use the term pit crew loosely.

See you guys in a few weeks!!!

Judging by your previous posts, you'd be fast enough in our Blue group, as long as you 'play well with others'... and we only allow in-turn passing in the instructor groups, so no worries there. PM with your name and everything so I'll know its you.

Can two people drive my car? What I mean is that if I am in the Intermediate group, can someone else drive in the green group with my car? (And no - you can't drive her.)

Yes ... obviously though it would still be two seperate entries, but yes, sharing a car in different run groups is perfectly acceptable. As a matter of fact, when the second driver registers through MotorsportReg.com, there will be an option to 'share a car with' and they can find your name on the drop-down list to designate the share.

Eveyone - I signed up. If anyone is looking for a roommate let me know. I have already booked a room, but not at the hotel that they recommend. I am staying close to the track, since it was cheaper and don't want to put that many miles on my track tires since I will be driving on them from the track to the hotel.

I will get there Friday night, if you want I can give you my hotel arrangements if you want I can book an extra night. It is only $62 a night (I don't think this includes tax) using my SCCA membership. It is one of the closest hotels to the Track (I stayed at the closest last month - Red Roof Inn - and didn't like it at all).
Let me know if you are interested and we can talk on the phone.

I guess no one is as excited as I am about this. Maybe since I am still having dreams from driving at Roebling 2 weeks ago.

There is only 8 more days until I will be there again - YEA!!!

No worries, man. I'm pumped too. I'm also kind of nervous, since I have never been to Roebling before. But hey, there is no better way to spend a weekend!

Yes, you will love Roebling! It is a really balanced track, where it neither favors horse power or handling. You need a balance of both.
This track will work your driverside tire the most!! The brakes don't get worked as much since the turns flow so well into each other.
Man, if you drive the track on the right line, the Z just responds so well it almost feels like you are dancing with your car instead of driving on a race track.

For those of you who have not been to Roebling, here is a map of the track.

One hint - Turn 7 (second to last turn) is off camber on the outside of the track. Keep it in the middle of the track when entering this turn.

Looks like the weather man is going to be good to us:

6/16 - 89/70F w/ 10% chance
6/17 - 89/72F w/ 10% chance
6/18 - still to early to tell.
