Hey guys...

Some Z guys from Charlotte, some Porsche guys from SC, and some BMW guys from all over NC/SC are renting Carolina Motosports Park for an intimate semi-open track day on Monday, November 4th. Price for the day will be divided between all participants. With the number of cars we have right now, price is right at $200 for the day. Every person that signs up, that price goes down.

By semi-open we mean there will be no formal run group structure or instruction at the event, but passing will be limited to the straights and only with a point-by from the car being passed. A full compliment of corner workers, grid personel, fire/rescue, and Advanced Life Support will be on hand to keep things safe. The rest is up to participants cooperating and making sure their car is safe.

Experience at CMP is a plus, but not an absolute requirement. Good traffic management will be the key, even though the event will be small, there will be some wide speed differentials.

The event will be capped at 40 cars (event price will be $150 each at that point), so if you want in, email or PM me now for pre-registration details. Be sure to include a brief event history in your email.

I wish I coulda postponed it for ya bud... but its kinda snowballed... we're up to 32 cars if the last two guys that I talked with sign up (Matt Gorrell is one of them... hadn't seen him in a while)
