I have adjustable rear(SPC) and front(Cusco) control arms on the car with Swift springs on Tokico D-Specs. I do roughly two HPDE's per month and have a Time Attack later this year. The car is also my daily driver and I do not intend to run anything stickier than a 140 rated street tire(currently RE050A's).
I want to keep the -2.5 of front camber but my concern is with the rear. I know I should be running more camber back there, I'm just not sure how much so that's what I'm looking for opinions on. My other concern is toe. I know I want slight toe-out in the front and slight toe-in out back but I'm not sure how much is a good starting point.
I was thinking:
Front
camber- negative 2.5(not changing this)
toe- 1/16 total out
caster- whatever oe spec is...
Rear
camber- negative 1.8
toe- 1/16 total in
Suggestions? Or am I spot on. Thanks guys.

That's a good starting point. Rear camber is a tradeoff between cornering grip and putting the power down. Front camber is a tradeoff between braking and turn-in/cornering grip.
EDIT: Your toe numbers are fine too.
