Ive seen those on Ebay. I have never heard of the seller and I am a little weary of No Name bars. I run a BCR and one of our crew members has a Sparco and I like both of them. I guess in some cases you get what you pay for, but I have also bought cheap stuff on ebay thjat was actually good. Sorry if that is not much help.. lol just my

I run a BCR as well. Great fitment and awesome finish. As for the E-bay item, just from the photo tyou can tell the damn thing is bowed. Do yourself a favor and get one from a known entity. BCR, Sparco etc....

For some reason, BCR's site is not working. If you google Harness bar or 350z harness bar, you will see the sparco postings.. I agree with the last post, in the picture the bar loos bent.. I'd stay far away..

Whoever threaded the harness through the bar is brain dead. It goes around the main bar, not the loop to hold the harness from sliding.

Email aracer@comcast.net for the BCR bar.

Yeah, I saw that. If the quality of the bar resembles the harness installation is going to be low quality.

Zillinois, I emailed the guy. Lets see if he answers. Thanks for the address.

Is the bar really bent or is that a picture effect? I contacted the seller for the bar specifications. So far I've gotten the OD which is 1.5". For some reason he is not answering either the ID and the material used for the tubes.

OK. The guy answered the email. The material is ceramic coated steel. He's going to check with the supplier the ID of the tubes. I know the Sparco is 0.120" thick.

Did the guy have a picture of the bar installed in a 350z? The pic from ebay is not a Z.

I will ask him for the pic. He said that the bar's thickness, and I quote: "Hi Juan - the bar in all thickness is 2.5". The inside is about 1.5"

Seems a little too thick for me??? Am I right?

Would you buy a parachute from eBay then go skydiving?

Funny. I spoke to the guy zillinois refered and he quoted $500 without shipping for the BCR. I have to think about that one.

The BCR harness bar is overpriced. Go with Sparco. But if you're looking at spending around $400-$500, why not just buy the Kirk roll bar for almost the same price.
