This went from a winter mods thread to a roll cage debate. WOW.

 

either way, its a great way to pass time until the Z event in Feb. at VIR. I am out till then...its mod time!

 

Well, so far my winter mods happened this weekend.

New 200 amp alternator (because I carry a lot of stereo equipment, depsite my G being tracked regulary)

NISMO Thermostat.

New AMSOIL in tranny and diff

Track down the slow coolant leak (found it!)


And new high flow cats next weekend.

 

I've already started mine.

New Cobra Suzuka seat------Done!
Replace cracked in half HFC's, with new Berk's----- Done!
17x10 5zigen FN01Rc's with 275/40 NT01's---- Should be here tomorrow.
Replace worn out SS brake lines with new stoptech lines----I'll do this before next track event at VIR in Feb.
Brake ducting-----before it gets hot outside
Respray front end of car----hopefully in the next couple of weeks

 

Maybe just a little R&R with the grand kids and a little car upkeep/cleaning
