I see that for the street class now we can only go to 285's in the back. I believe this has changed from 2007??

 

Yes, this is a new rule, and so is the cat converter.

 

so can the street class run a Kuhmo v710 since it is DOT approved?

I want to run the Modified class as well, but fire ext. thing may restrict that.

Scott - Luie has contacted me about teaming up this year to dominate some redline time attacks, we going to have some R.A.'s support?

also, you coming out to drive this year?

 

Street class is DOT with UTQG tread wear rating of 140 or higher.

 

I am atleast "planning" to drive in all the Redline Time Attacks this year and maybe the Super Street "Super Lap Battle" (in a few different cars) if everything goes the way it should.

 

if you make it out to VIR this year at all, let me know. I'm only a short drive to the track.

We are going to try to hit the Nashville, Summit Point and VIR Redline events, just see how it goes I guess. I would love to drive in every event they have, but hauling my car across the country just isn't feasable to me. Know anyone looking for a driver on this coast, let me know. Would like to get a lot more seat time this year.
