Auto X with no strut bar....
I have read a few threads where people have talked about driving on the street without a strut bar and it seems to be no big deal. I am putting a Vortech on my car and my Crawford strut bar will not fit anymore. I really love the way my Crawford looks and I spent about 20+ hrs bringing it to a mirror shine (here are pics and how I did it) https://my350z.com/forum/intake-exhaust/318297-polishing-crawford-first-gen-manifold-pic-included.html I might consider getting a polished stock manifold and just doing a 5/16" spacer but I'm not sure. I am having the car tuned next month and I want to have the exact manifold on there that I am sticking with as I am not going to make any changes after that is done (10 hr drive to Forged). I do want to Auto X just for fun a few times this summer and I am also buying Nitto NT01's (R-compound tires) as I know that tires can make a huge difference. My question is will not having a strut bar be that noticable? Again I'm not trying to win the SCCA Championship or anything but I still want to have fun, any comments would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance......

I have never tried it.
But I wouldn't auto-X w/o the strut bar. The car will be under a bit more stress than normal street driving and the R-comp's will add to that stress even further.
