Default Brake duct kit

Just got off the phone with Nissan Motorsports and placed an order for their kit. The part number is 99996-z3344, $123.04 plus shipping and they are in stock. I will keep you guys updated with pics when I get it.

Interested in seeing what the kit includes since no one has been able to produce a picture of them.

That would be a great kit but unfortunately it doesn't come with spindle ducts.

I talk to the guy and he told me it came with everything I needed to mount and install this on the car with instructions, that was my understanding.

This guy posted his kit a while back, and it isn't for the Z. It was designed I belief for the bimmer guys, bought off a bimmer forum, and made to fit with the z. check the "post your rare parts" thread.

it does, it's basically some hose, and a couple ducts and requires you to cut the lower engine cover

it works, it's just not all that pretty and tbh, you could do better piecing a kit together on your own (that's what I'm going to do)

Is removing the dust shield recommended when installing the ducting?

it would have to be at least cut otherwise you won't be venting air anywhere useful.

What a fuking joke. I got my kit today and I have to say that my ******* hurts alittle. No need to take pics, just s few feet of 2.5in brake duct and 2 brake ducts. Oh, yeah 2 black/white copy pics that show you nothing. This company blows and I would stay away from them.

So is the N tech kit still being redesigned? I know the nissan kit isnt great. Is there any kit out there besides these two? Post up your custom brake duct kits please. Thanks.

Stillen also offers a kit, but it may only be for their Version 2 bumper. Not sure if it would fit a stock bumper.
