Default aftermarket seats - airbag help!

I just installed aftermarket seats in my 07 Grand Touring, and I could not locate the weight sensor "brain" or "bladder" written about in one of the other forums.

Any ideas? Where in the seat bottom are they located? Do I have to take the leather off or nearly off the seat cushion to locate them?

I know this is not the electronics forum, but I figure someone on this forum has installed aftermarket seats for track use.

Thanks

I was just thinking...I dont believe my 2005 has a sensor for the passenger side airbag. I think that came along with the HR.

Yep, if this thread plus the one where rijowysock tells you how to take the sensor out of a g35 does not get it done for you, just let me know. A couple of notes, the sensor is the 07 350 is not located in the same place, nor does it look or operate like the one in the older g35's. So, if you have an 07, 350 follow my steps.

Also, you have to be willing to give up your stock seat for this (meaning, it won't be operational until you find a sensor to put back in it).
