This event is going to awesome! Milwaukee is hands down the best venue I have ever raced at.

Rob - glad to see you signed up! And I think you should run BS - I don't think anyone will care about the intake plenum and wheels. Just ask everyone in BS when you get there if they'd rather have more competition or an easy class...

How many hours is this from Florida? That sounds like a pretty insane drive in the Z!

And yes that is me signed up as the gray one

 

Thanks Bryan, but I am looking at staying with some friends in KY. If SC was more on the route, I might have taken you up on the offer.

Mapquest says 1400 miles and 22hrs.

But I like roadtrips.

I knew the BSP pax would pull me down the list a bit, but I had hoped for top (pre-pax) time in class, and I think the car had that half-second in her too.

-I just couldn't put it together.

Still, the competition was exellent.

Like I said, the BSP pax is a killer for the Z. (It's really an AWD pax,) My diff, rear sway, and .5" drop put me in BSP, but that doesn't scratch the surface of what it takes to get the Z prepped for BSP.......just so it can be an "also-ran" against the AWD cars.

I had the 5th-fastest time in our 59-driver class, and 7th fastest for the 104?-driver event and ended up 9th in class.

Don't get me wrong, the pax was the fairest way to do this, but I knew BSP was going to hurt, and hurt bad.

Three Z's were seperated by .246 seconds, and we all put down our best times on our very last run. The racing was great.
