SuperKool... I'm not trying to knock you, I'm just looking for all the info. You admit you're boiling your brake fluid after 15 minutes... that doesn't always mean you're simply driving the pants off the car.

If all you plan to do are redline events where you are one and done, then that's perfectly fine. But if you're running out of brakes after 15 minutes, how much fun is that? How much track time are you wasting?

Sorry if I came off a little strong, but when I hear people say things like that, as an event organizer it really gets under my skin, cause it's the people saying things like that who usually end up in a tire wall somewhere, then blame it on equipment or "I have no idea what happened". I've seen it happen way too many times in my eight years hosting track events.

Stacy, I'm not upset or angry. I don't think you were knocking me either. I was trying to politely let you know that you where off base with your suggestions. I don't care that you we're trying to give suggestions to someone you thought was a novice. It was fine the first time you made a post or suggestion. However, after reviewing some of my vids and posts, it should be apparent to anyone with experience that I am "way beyond" that style of instruction that you suggested.

I think you host track events and may be experienced in giving instruction to people who are new at track driving. It's obvious that I'm looking at getting the fastest lap possible. This happens in about 5 to 10 min. or about 3 to 5 laps. That's it. I can get about three good laps out of my car right now. I can still drive a 30 min run session and be faster then most people on the track with my bad brakes. Don't take this the wrong way, but sometimes people are not looking for suggestions. Sometimes we just want to talk about what we're doing. I understand what you were trying to do, and I was fine with it until you came off a bit overly persistent. Like I said before, I'm not looking to stir up debate. I like to talk about track driving and I was trying to explain to you early on that I'm not looking for any instruction. I'm talking about fun times on the track. It doesn't matter to me if your a beginner or a experienced driver like our friend Sharif here.

I think this is just a minor misunderstanding is all.
I like to post vids and I don't mind people tearing them apart and letting me know about my bad hand placement on the wheel or anything else they see. To me, it's all in good fun and I like the hits to my vids

Oh, and Happy New Year everyone!

I think it's the fluid more then anything else. I need to try something new.

That's really helpful, thanks for posting that.
What did you use for the ducting?
