Diff oil Cooler Installed
This is a detecated track car now and I find the differential is always pumping out and burning the oil on hot days and as I have reduced my lap times it has gotten worse.
I started to locate it at different places but it got very difficult so I regrouped and made room. I had the Borla rear exhaust and replaced it with two resonant singles. slightly lauder but it will still make sound at Laguna Seca.
This is the rear with the muffler removed and the pump assembly installed. The second is the pump assembly completly assembled
The third is the open area where the muffler was removed.
The forth is the "A" pillar installed. One is the oil temperature of the engine and the lower is the differential oil temperature

Very very nice. I never thought about getting a gauge for the differential. How hot does it get w/o the cooler just to be curious? How much reduction have you seen so far? A set up like your, how much did it run you? You wouldn't happen to have a list would you

I have not had it on the track. My first race is at Infenion the end of the month. I will post my temps. I just took it out for a half hour run street and freeway. I just wanted to check to see the guage show a temp. It got to 110F.
I talked to Steve Anderson at Livermore performance found on the web. He sized everthing for me. Came to about $1200 total. It wors great.
I ran a Infenion and at 73 degree day my max diff temp was 210F after a 1/2 hour run. That puts it at 240F on a 100F day. This should work great.
