I would ditch the SPC control arms and get SPL, ditch the Nismo bushings and get SPl, add a set of Whiteline Subframe bushings and make sure you get Wilwood Poly H pads for the front, Poly B will be fine for the rear.

Actually they just don't sell it anymore. They still support it. Also trackside support ? Uprev raced how many Time Attack events and had trackside support for their customers? How about Cobb? I know Cobb was at every event i was, and helped me out if i needed it!!

What time attack series are you entering into? There are no Redline events scheduled on the east coast for 2011...

Cobb is currently on the car as it is now, notice the utec on the list as well. We will be switching to the utec or haltech and not use Uprev or Cobb. I like the cobb for low end stuff but not a full race setup

Yes you are correct unfortunately Redline has put there east coast operations on hold for 2011, so our plan is to build the car now, do a ton of testing and a lot of regional/ east coast events and then by the end of 2011 start doing the Redline swing on the west coast when the car is ready. The real goal is to run the full Redline series in 2012.

I have never had any issue getting a hold of SPL. If you are settled on either Utec haltech.....I'd take the haltech. Are you going to run NASA, EMRA, or....? Just curious.

We have a few local series here in charlotte but ill be doing track events all over from Atlanta, CMP, CMS, VIR, Summit, and everywhere else on the east. Il prob do the occasional NASA even and since ive done a fair bit of autox in the past i may do a few national events with SCCA as well... working on the official schedule when everyone else releases event dates.

Which SCCA region do you run? You going to run SSM or XP? Maybe I will see you around at Summit, etc.

Well I ran the DC Region (Autocrossers Inc) in 2009 and won the F Stock championship when the G was stock and this year I ran in Central Carolina and South Carolina region and won a ton of races in FS and in STX. Once the car is built it will be a Street Mod car but it wont ever be too successful at a national level in autoxing, the car just isnt built for it and the setup we are putting on the car will be for track use not low rpm autox, but it will still be fun lol. If there is a race ill pretty much be at it.

I just did an AI event last year, but the lot in Waldorf is too far. I just looked through the results....I guess you were excluding the guys that ran the "pro" class.....because the GT-C's of Burns and Piccone seemed to be 6-8 seconds quicker. Those guys run at a national level though.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for you.....

I won BSP (including the pro's) the only one I attended in Oct. Fun group.
