Le Mans 24 Hours 2011 Participants Confirmed

The confirmed entries for the Le Mans 24 Hours 2011 have been announced today by the ACO in Paris.
The announcement will include the both the confirmed entries in the prototype classes (LMP1 & LMP2) as well as the new GT Classifications (GTE Pro & GTE Am)

Great. Interesting that they're using the VK45. That's the engine of my current 4-door dream car the 2003/2004 M45.

 

Congrats to Nissan for 1st and 2nd in P2 @ 24hours Lemans

 

Interesting that the Zytek-Nissan team came through for the win, with a Signatech Oreca-Nissan in second. Also, the VK block may be the same, but everything else on that engine has been changed or modified by NISMO for that endurance series.
