i wonder..how much increase in spring rate for tightening up certain amount of preload?
i have stance gr+ true type

Not sure what you are asking but be aware that if you increase your spring rates too much, you will overspring the dampers and they will not be able to do their job effectively. A big change in spring rates will require a revalve of the dampers.

 

Pre-load has no effect on spring rate. It only effects travel.
