If you can't do an oil cooler, then more capacity (as suggested) would be the way to go and definetely add a good oil temperature gauge.
For brake fluid, I find the ATE Blue works fine on my Stoptech setup but if you can afford the Motul, go with it (don't want to skimp on brakes).
For pads, Hawk DTC-60, DTC-70, HT-10 or comparable pad from Performance Friction or Carbotech would be best.
