Default OEM data to log?

So just installed a new data sensor monitor in the car. I have 8 analog and 4 digital channels available right now (16 total).

So I have RPM and TPS hooked up so far. What other OEM sensors should I take advantage of until I get aftermarket ones in the car.

I assume you already have oil temp, oil pressure and water temp? I am not sure what would be best beneficial other than those...maybe air intake temps?

My biggest concerns are oil temp, oil pressure, water temp and RPM.
