I learned last night Bob Hines passed away this past weekend. I don't any details. Please keep Rob & his family in your prayers. Bob will be missed.

Whoa no way, I was wondering why I hadnt received a reply back regarding a msg I sent him. Was a super knowledgable and nice guy from what I could tell on the forums.

Wow, this comes as a shock. Bob was a great guy - talked to him a few times on the phone, and had many dealings with him. He will be greatly missed. RIP, Bob, all my best to Rob and the rest of his family.

Very sorry to hear this. Bob actively participated on this board and always was a good source of information. He loved supporting his son's racing and made the Hines Group a family affair that was nice to see. Always enjoyed talking and dealing with Bob and will miss him. My sincere condolences to the Hines family.
