Default My First day of WTW

Had my first day of wheel to wheel racing on the weekend, what a rush!
Only finished the car the day before, got a dozen or two laps in to quickly get the suspension setup that day ready for race day sunday.
The race was at my local track which is a fantastic little track with lots of elevation and camber changes and a bit bumpy in spots

The car isnt super quick yet, mainly spent the $$ on making it a race car (cage, seat, harnesses, tyres etc)

Was smaller field than usual, most of the guys up the front werent there, so only a couple of 550+whp R32 GTRs an evo and some aussie muscle but i didnt really see them all day LOL

Heres a vid, yes i totaly runined the start but that was the wrost mistake i made all day so gotta be happy with that!

Congratulations! One big tip... do not drive with your hand on the shifter. Make the shift and then immediately put your hand back on the steering wheel - especially at the start.

I completely agree. Sorry, but it stuck out to me as soon as the video started and bothered me lol. I am completely jealous of you doing wheel2wheel though. I have only done it in iRacing. Autocrossed my Z a few times now and really want to get it out on a road course. Keep up the racing!
