I ran with the KYPCA group at Putnam Park Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This guy went off between turn 9 and 10. The story was the car had a quick release steering wheel and he didn't get it locked in place. He ran 6 laps and then the steering wheel came off between turn 9 and 10! He hit the tire wall pretty hard and ended up partially on top of the tires. Good news though, he had full safety equipment and he was fine.
