Default Tires for Auto X

Everyone seems to be posting about tires for auto X. This thread is no different other then the fact is that I don't have stock wheels. I currently have 255-35/29 and 285-35/19 with BFG KDW2's. I can honestly say I'm not a huge fan of the tires. I'm looking for another tire for a Auto X that's coming up at the end of the month. My question is should I stay the same size, go smaller, or bigger? Specs on wheels are as follows. 19" 22 offsets 9.5 front and 10.5 rear.

kdw's are whack.

Star Specs
Direzza ZII
RE11's
RS3's
AD08

All way better than KDW's

I would love to get a set of 18" RPF1s but I'm stuck with my TE37s for now.

Now seeing as I'm going to be rolling with the 19" what size should I get 275,285,295? And for the fronts 245,255,265?

I guess I am the only supporter of the KDW2. l love mine! Sticky, cheap, and lasts long. Like a Vegas hooker!

The only downside I have to say is the tire noise, but I don't mind it since I have an exhaust.

I like my BFG KDW2s. Ran on them for 2 seasons of moderate autox and a handfull of track events. I have noticed they hardened up quite a bit from the heat cycles, rears are worn out, but fronts need to be replaced for that reason alone. I did, however, pick up a set of BFG R1-S for auto-x now, so they should last a bit longer

I decided to go with Bridgestone's S-04. Get best of both worlds..
