not posted yet...but I will post it as soon as I get it...

Spoiler Alert:

Joe Ippolitto in the Z1 Motorsports Nismo won Saturdays event, with Clark Crawford / Clark Crawford Racing driving the holly-shiate out of a DE engined car for the win and only .2 seconds off Joe's lap times...both well below the previous track record.

 

We ended up with 6 cars on track for the Sprint Races. 2 canceled out just prior to the event due to various problems, and one crashed hard during the Friday enduro. The Team Pellegrini cars from NOLA had issues with brakes and WaveTrac diffs, and the Z1 car had multiple "new car issues" all weekend. Clark Crawford, David Levine, and I just drive around all weekend in our DE cars and checked the oil and cleaned the windshields... oh and checked tire pressure

I believe that I finished 3rd both days...MyLaps should confirm that...

 

Not to mention I lost 4th gear completely on the Sunday Race and was still able to get 2nd place. Still having vibrations from the brakes and tires. I think the off on Saturdays race caused the ABS failure resulting in locking up the tires on turn 6 and 7. I'll post the video shortly.

It was a great weekend racing with all of you NASA SE guys and we look forward to having yall down in NOLA for the "unofficial SPEC Z shootout"

Now its time to tear into the car and get it back on the track soon.

 

I will be looking for the "Anti-Monkey Butt" sticker on you car...

And to attempt to repay the wonderful hospitality your guyz/girlz provided the entire Spec Z race community...it was WAY over the top!
