Hi, I just did a research on this forum and online.. but can't find a right answer or people who had the same problem.
The problem is; Last week I replaced my pads (carbotechs xp8s) and brake fluid to ATE and left the rotors the old rotors( i had them replaced less than 8k miles ago), on the way to the track which was about 2.5 hours drive I noticed squeaking noise coming from the rear and 20 minutes from the track it go super loud, the noise was coming just from driving around 55-60 mph on the highway without applying any brakes. So, first thing I thought that my rear caliper locked up, the brake rotor(drivers rear) was extremely hot compared to other 3, I could feel the difference by touching with my finger. So I went to get a new caliper and had it replaced and re bled again. Noise seemed to go away, but next day I drove back to the track for about an hour and once i got to the track the same drivers rear rotor was much hotter than other 3 again.. I was thinking of just leaving the track and not doing the track day, but then decided to take my chances and see if these brake pads will wear out little more. 4-20min sessions had no problem, only one strange thing was happening that the brake pedal would go all the way in before one of the turns and the rest of the track was fine, the turn doesn't have hard braking zone neither, before uphill at limerock. So that night I drove back home 2.5 hours and it was mostly on the highway after that i checked my rotor and again it was much hotter than other ones, took the caliper off took the pads off reinstalled them, put the car on the lift started and let it roll in 2nd gear, now the noise seems on both side when i come close and listen.. both rear rotors are touching the pads when im turning the wheel or when the car is rolling on the lift and I can even hear it when im driving around the streets slowly. What could that be? Warped rotors? ABS?
Another thing that worries me is that ABS doesn't seem to work anymore, when i get on the highway and go 70 and brake hard my tires kind of lock up and there is no ABS vibration anymore, btw its 07 enthusiast non brembo, xp8s all around and direzza z2 tires.
Aftermarket wheel 18x9 18x10 275x35x18 all around.
Hope someone can lead me in the right direction, I read that sometimes there is air in the system above abs and that don't empty the brake fluid all the way when bleeding, I did empty all the fluid from the brake reservoir and bled them, I had straight fluid shooting from all 4 corners, is there anything more to it? btw ABS light never comes on, like for most it does..

ABS sucks on cars with a square tire combo. I don't think mine works at all, ABS light comes on once and a while.
You probably need to lube/replace the rear sliders
