Our Z project car was in somewhat rough shape when we got it. As such, some of the work we've been doing as we prep it for STU is rather forensic, undoing some of the mods the previous owner had done.

As such, when I see blocked off vacuum ports I panic a bit. Is this port in the picture something that should be doing something other than nothing?
