Default 350z handling

hi
can any one tell me how well the 350z can perform on the race track ? mostly the way the car handles around corners, is it good at handling ? i am considering it as a potential race car.
thanks for any help !

The Z handles well. But it understeers a fair bit in stock form and it's a pretty heavy car. If you're turning it into a race car (gutting interior and playing with suspension) you'll get a car that handles very well.

But I don't think it'll ever be as nimble as something with more rear-ward biased weight distibution like a 911 or a mid-engined car.

If you have more specific questions, they will be easier to answer.

we have been building and racing the 350Z for over a year now in the Grand AM Cup Endurance series.
We built and raced the first 350Z for pro. road racing in North America and have focused in on the handling and braking aspects of the car.
