Yes, first who has not recieved their tickets yet? Please let myself or Stacy know if you do not have them by Tomorrow morning.
Two, the Menu has been picked out. Basically good box lunches
Three, Parking and entrance has been taken care of (Good Job Stacy). There will be Parking passes for the first 20 people. We will have a car corral next to the Speed Channel People (how cool is that). who knows, They may even do a feature...
The tent is still up in the air, but it looks like we will either be next to the Hospitality Suite or somewhere in the pits.
Stacy has done a great job of getting this together and getting over some big roadblocks. I mostly have just been writing the checks..lol

where is the speed channel van truck gonna be at
how can i park with you guys without one of those passes do i just pay as normal and will there be enough room?

Parking passes...
Our contact at the track could only procure a limited number of parking passes... to ensure that those who pre-paid with us get first dibs on them, I will be emailing those people directly with instruction on where to pic them up. If you did not buy your tickets through us, but would like a pass, please email me ASAP. 1st come 1st served based on time of email (not PMs). If anyone else is 'carpooling' like Mark and John, let me know also so we can let someone else use a parking pass.
Parking...
I assume we would all like to have the tent where we park. That's what I'm shooting for. We may have to move to a better spectating location once the racing starts, but I didn't think anyone would have a problem with that. The media paddock is immedialtely to the left after crossing the bridge (Patriot course paddock). We will be on one side of that paddock, unfortunately, we probably won't know exactly where until Saturday morning. I plan on getting there early Saturday morning to rope off our area... I'll try to make it as large as possible. Sounds like we could have as many as 25-30 cars at any given time.
Lunch donations...
We will not officially ask for any donations, but we will not put up much of a fuss if you offer them either. Any sponsor types out there who may be willing to help out please PM or email me.
