Ok well the situation is all worked out and my Z is safely back on the road. I contacted the brake fluid company and they said that as long as it never comes in contact with any DOT 3 it should be fine. So I had the dealership check for damages and bleed the system 4 or 5 times before putting in DOT 3 again. It has been a couple of weeks since I had them do that and everything so far is fine. Thanks for all of the imput and advise.

dealers typically pressure bleed...so, you run a high chance of having air in your lines. having had that happen to me before, i suggest bleeding your lines yourself using whatever brake fluid you choose.

as michael has pointed out, if you are lazy do srf once a year and you should have no problems. as lazy as i am, i am more cheap than lazy...

Castrol SRF is more costly intially but you don't have to bleed like many other fluids so in the long run is only marginally more costly. Plus it is nice to not have to monkey with bleeding the brakes before or during an event. $60 to $70 a bottle though.

It was black before going off at turn 9 at Big Willow. I wish I was there to see the look on his face.
