Maybe you should take a picture where you found the tow hook so everyone knows where it is. ha ha.

I don't like the way the stock tow hook looks in general, so i just wasted money and bought Nukabe tow hooks for f/r.

what is the point of this do you have your tow hook in at all times? I used mine once and put it right back in the back? If you do need to use it is it not going to get all scratched and beat?

Is this mod supposed to make your car 'look' more like a race car or something? I'm not sure the point of this mod...

i suppose this is on all the time, and when they need to use it, it will obviously get scratched up and beat. However until that time(hopefully won't happen) they will have it on and it will look a bit more agressive(?) It looks good in some cars though, but just stock OEM cars, i dont think so much

Great job on the paint, but it probably belongs back in the trunk.

I've used my toe hook twice in the last 5 months... don't think I'll ever be painting it in the near future. But I must say, yours turned out pretty nice.

figured it wasn't worth it's own thread but is towhook related

i just painted mine 'spare rattle can red' for visibilty when on the track, don't leave it in other than that BUT...

it took ~ 2 removals of the plastic towhook cover before it broke and fell off littering our nations highways somewhere...

was not gonna buy another ( to break and litter some more)

hated the shiny color of the towhook hole in the grill so i 'spare rattle can' blacked it out

time ~ 2minutes (1 spent shaking the can)
cost ~ free

[yes, it was buggy coming home last nite - will wash today...]

HHmm.. Interesting.. Tow Hook huh? So, has anyone actually used this to tow their Z? Would not the paint just come off if it was hooked up to tow?
