*Disclaimer: I have not yet tried each of these out yet, but comparing between all sources has been pretty definitive.

This is for the HR motor, but much of it is the same for DE cars as well (just use half of the throttle body bolts, ignore the engine cover nuts/bolts, and add the plenum bolts that midna and NFSP have listed).

Headlights
(2) M6x1.00x20mm flat head allen bolts
(2) M6 countersunk washers

Strut Bar
(6) M10x1.25x25mm flanged hex bolts (use 30mm if you have a DE with a plenum spacer)
(2) M10x1.25 flanged nuts (normal hex nuts work too but require washers)
(8) M10 flat washers (these are only needed if you don't use flanged bolts/nuts above)

Shock Towers
(6) M8 flanged nuts (normal hex nuts work too but require washers)
(6) M8 flat washers (these are only needed if you don't use flanged nuts above)

Power Steering Bolts
(3) M6x1.00x25mm flat head allen bolts
(3) M6 countersunk washers

Radiator Support
(4) M8x1.25x16mm flat head allen bolts
(4) M8 countersunk washers

Engine Cover (HR specific two piece cover)
(3) M6x1.00x20mm flat head allen bolts
(3) M6 countersunk washers
(4) M6x1.00 dome(acorn) nuts
(4) M6 flat washers

Hood
(4) M8 flanged nuts (normal hex nuts work too but require washers)
(4) M8 flat washers (these are only needed if you don't use flanged nuts above)

Throttle Body (for DE motors, just get 4 of each)
(8) m6x1.00x60mm metric allen bolts
(8) m6 flat washers (the smaller the outside diameter the better)

Fender
(6) M6x1.00x20mm flat head allen bolts
(6) M6 countersunk washers
(4) M8x1.25x16mm flat head allen bolts
(4) M8 countersunk washers

You can get away with using 86 total pieces which include the 6 nuts for the shock tower (under the strut tower bar) of which only some are exposed. Reduced from the 104 I had originally noted since using flanged bolts/nuts in some places eliminates the need for washers.
Thanks Tpete19 for this detailed list!

The only thing I found is that the throttle bolts should be

m6x1.00x55mm instead of m6x1.00x60mm (for HR).

Here are a few shots of my setup.

Thanks Kuhan!

Unfortunately I submitted my order two days before you posted the correction. Looks like I'll need to cut my TB bolts down a bit.

Where'd you get your bolts from? They look good!

^thanks, guys. I bought bolts from allens fasteners, and i got washers and strut bar bolts/nuts from pro-bolt.com

Tpete, the outer two throttle bolts will extend and bite through the plenum plastic cover a bit. I kept the 60mm ones though, but 55mm is a perfect length.

Did my engine bay this past weekend and the list I set up below worked perfectly (with the 55mm bolt Kuhan corrected).

Here's a quick link to the LIST.

And my engine bay (please excuse the poor quality):

^Nicely done dude.
Friend of mine just bought a 06 350Z, and he's already wanting to do this mod. I actually forgot this thread was over here with all the Z guys working out exact bolt lists!

There's always the option of anodizing the washers instead of paint. Places here can do pretty much anything.

I had the same thought as I read through this thread.

I know its been almost a year since this was posted but I just wanted to say thanks to the OP for the legwork and everyone who contributed to the list!
I think I'll do this this weekend.

Looks good, Tpete!

If anyone was wondering, the washers I got from pro-bolt.com were anodized aluminum. They are bit pricey, but they are worth it.

Thanks.

I also ordered through probolt. I did everything with their aluminum bolts, nuts and washers with the exception of the strut bar and shock tower nuts/bolts, which I did in stainless steel.

The torque levels on all of the other places are well within aluminum's limits.

Dunno..just the feel of the ti from dressupbolts.com made it worth the extra cheese. The install was actually fun.
Plus the pure is more of a blurple Lol..it has a semi burned multi colored effect. The shadows are blue and the purple is bright under direct light. Very cool.

For those of you that follow this thread but haven't pulled the trigger, I'm selling my kit. Check the "engine" classifieds.
