Im trying to develop a way to "hold" the bumper in the up position w/o the need to drill it using bent black steel rectangular rods, which will be attached to the frame of the car. Its still a work in progress but If I ever finish it and it works I will post pics and how to.
There's no reason to not do this if you have the right style exhaust. Went to Home Depot and spent like $2 and went back to my house rolled my car on ramps and was done in 10 minutes. This and wiper delete does so much for the look of your car for so cheap!
Hello great write up, I had a question. So I did this tutorial following the same exactly sizes for every bolt etc. when I make holes into the bumper and bar. And put the screws in they don’t want to screw in all the way to the bar. They go all the at into through the bumper but not the bar. Is there a gap from the bar and the bumper in yours? Thank you in advance.
