HID lights

Can I fit any LED aftermarket parts into my stock 2005 350z with HID lights?

Welcome- as for LED bulbs, it depends. Some need a ballast in between the connector to equalize the smaller draw a LED takes. Check with the vendor of that particular part BEFORE you buy.
