I need to remove the leather passenger seat of my roadster so some leather bits can be replaced.
all the threads here indicate it is a simple exercise but I have a problem.
bolts are out and the seat is propped up. I have disconnected the large white plug with many wires, I have disconnected the smaller white Pligg which has black, blue and greenish wires.
However the third lot of wires does not have a plug but both wires have previously been cut and resolderred and tape wrapped...one is yellow with a red stripe, the other is yellow with a green stripe.
What do these two wires control....I am worried it may be something to do with the airbag. Can they be cut and rejoined later without incident and should I disconnect the battery before messing any further?
