This company got me some parts the manufacturer in Japan said are not available. Wonderful people to work with and they held my hand during the process. Parts were brand new in box. Wow! That's service.

It technically is plug and play, but the side buttons are on the opposite location. From my research so far, the cluster governs what comes out of the center console gauge, but they have to match for it to be accurate (IE, both kph or both mph) that means if you care about it matching like I do you would have to source a center console cluster from a LHD car with kph gauges. Still have not found anything on the button behavior.

These are offered in MT and AT version as seen on our website here https://www.nengun.com/nismo/combo-meter-350z . We have not installed one in a USDM car ourselves, so I don't know the answers off hand.
