Default Bad pedal

I just swapped brembos from a 03 track into an 03 enthusiast. Swap was easy. My problem is the pedal feel is horrible. I've bleed the brakes several times but to be honest the pedal doesn't feel spongy, they don't pump up, the pedal doesn't sink, the pedal just isn't firm and the stroke is longer. The breaks work great, just don't like the pedal. Is this normal?

It sounds like you've still got air in the braking system. Despite bleeding it several times, you've got more work to do, and yes, this is normal. It would've been better if you'd have started a new thread, rather than camping on here. Details are scarce. No idea on how many miles are on the two cars, but it may be you have badly worn piston seals on the Brembos, or a worn brake master cylinder on the enthusiast. I'd suggest using a large pressure bleeder and do a full four-wheel bleed at least two-three more times. Otherwise, take it to a pro shop and pay them give it a go
