Default Tower Bar Adjustment

Was wondering if you guys could help me out. Tonight I installed some Hotchkis springs and I had to reinstall the Tower Bar. I looked in the Service manual but really don't understand the proper way to adjust the Bar. Can you guys simplify it for me? Thank you in advance.

It's pretty basic.

1. Make sure the bar is back in position and the mounts are tightened down properly.
2. Make a mark (felt pen works best) on the center nut as a reference point.
3. Make sure the 2 outside locking nuts are close to the center nut so they don't bind up when you turn the center nut.
4. Rotate the center nut with a wrench by pulling towards the front of the car. Rotate it roughly 1.75 turns.
5. Screw the 2 locking nuts outwards (away from the center) and tighten with a second wrench while holding the center nut in place with a wrench.
