Hi guys and gals,

Can anyone tell me what is the advantage of this brake setup???

This is called Scallops rotors....



And also how does it make the braking better if only if it is better than the traditional round rotors?

i believe wilwood made these light weight rotors for lighter applications. cars like the 350z u may want to have thicker/ bigger rotors.
it also depend on your needs....i would not run them on a road course.

ditto^^^

those are made for lightweight cars

that kit wouldn't be able to hold the heat capacity required to stop the Z.

i have seen an s2k with similiar set up......i wonder how good does it hold under rough conditions on the track.
