So it sounds like there havn't been too many issues with the camber problem but every car is a bit different so it is possible I would have to get a kit to get into spec. I guess it's a chance I will have to take.....thanks.I will post pics on that thread once I get them installed. Any idea what a shop should charge to change springs?

$75 is what a shop charged me for installing my springs.

its hit or miss with the camber issues ... its worth the risk

$75 is about the norm for a shop charge.

$260 and the other quoted $350 to install my hotchkis TVS 1 kit (springs+sways)

I was quoted $350 (SoCal) as well at one place. What place does it for $75 Jim? Looking for a place a couple of hours north of you in South Bay.

If you feel like coming down to San Diego for a short trip, you could get it done for $120 for both the springs and sways.

PM me for more info if you would like.

Does that include alignment, too???

Shops around here charge 60 to 80 bucks on alignment alone. Spring installs are usually 200 bucks. Another 120-150 for sways.

the 120 is for the install only. alignment is a completely separate deal.

They do a great job, have a lot of experience in Z/G modding.

Its actually protocav's lil' install shop. He is the only one other than me that I will allow to touch my car.

PM him or me if you would actually like to talk about it. There are literlally tons of Zs and Gs around her that have been worked on by protocav and have no problems or complaints whatsever .

no, i dont get kickbaks for this ... I just pass along the good word that once was passed to me
